Problem

Caregivers struggle to coordinate care activities and stay up to date on health needs, therefore, transferring caregiving responsibility to one person, resulting in burnout and unhealthy habits.

• This is risky because if a caregiver is suddenly unable to provide care or becomes unresponsive - it puts the person being cared for at risk. Only the primary caregiver has the most current and comprehensive information on health and other needs.
